I’ve been looking for a nice looking, easy to use knowledge base software package. I came across the website for the help desk of the University of Wisconsin and really like the looks of their knowledgebase.
Does anyone know what software it is? I suppose it could be written in house but just thought I’d ask. I’ve emailed them asking the question, but I haven’t yet gotten any response.
