We finally got around to watching it this past week. What a blast. I would even have to say it was one of the best sequels ever made. Too many times sequels try to re-do all the same gags from the original. This movie had a completely new and original story with lots of new, great laughs. Quality animantion, the hairball scene was remarkably realistic.

I’m Disappointed in Nascar…
Now they’re just like every other sport where the best team doesn’t always win the championship, only the luckiest. This has been a defining moment for my passion in the sport.

Possibly a Nascar podcast???
Just plain nasty weather…
We’ve been experiencing unseasonably warm weather this week, but it’s been raining practically every day this whole week. Let’s have some snow!
Okidata – Lousy tech support
I filled out an online form on the Okidata site requesting support almost two weeks ago. I never heard anything from it, but I ended up solving the issue myself.
Well, almost 2 weeks later, I just got a response from them. Yikes, that’s pretty lousy to say the least!
What a weird morning
Waking up this morning, I was completely covinced it was Saturday, and that I didn’t have to go to work today. I made a big breakfast for the enttire family, something that there isn’t time for on weekdays. My wife even questioned why I was doing it, but it didn’t go any farther.
It didn’t dawn on me until I was just about finished making breakfast, that it wasn’t Saturday, but I still didn’t know what day it really was. It made for a really weird morning of feeling lost.
Because of this I ended up being about 10 minutes late to work, but it’s OK as my boss still isn’t here and we’re pushing almost an hour after our start time.
I guess I should take a break from the NyQuil before bed.
Podcast Number 2
Here’s my second podcast. I intended to get to some content in this one, but really struggled with production and it got too late. I actually have some stuff I want to talk about so i will try again tomorrow night. This one ended up just covering some feedback.

Unleashed into the wild; My First Podcast
Alright, here it is. It’s not very interesting as it was really more of a test of the whole setup. There will be more.
Feedback is appreciated. chadbooms [at] gmail [dot] com
It can only get better…right?
Jim posted today that The Screensavers is regrouping, by firing a good portion of their talent(and I use that term loosely). The timing is funny, because just last night I removed that shows season pass from my Tivo after not watching a single episode in over a month.
When they do come back with new people, could it possibly be worse? I suppose, but I’d like to think that it could only get better and I hope it does.
First Enclosers Test
I’ve put a lot of work into this so I hope this first test works.
Update: Holy guacamole, it worked! The mp3 associated with this test is my 3 year old, not me. :)
